Special Planning Controls
Not just planning applications. There are lots of types of consent to meet special planning controls. Hazardous Substances (if you're planning a distillery or other process, or storing liquids), Conservation Area or Listed Building consent (if the building or plan is in a historic protected location) or Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) if your project falls above a certain threshold of scale and type.
