Planning Appeals
In the event of a refusal of planning permission referrals often come to a planning consultant to appeal a decision. Sometimes an unlawful use or development has been happening and Enforcement proceedings have started. Neil has acted for a range of clients, cases or situations - hearings to a Scottish Government Reporter, or to a forum of elected members at a Local Review Body, or sometimes helping avoid the event itself through sound advice.
