Community Consultation Events

This area of planning practice has evolved and grown as the Scottish Government seeks to 'front load' to make the system more accessible to everyone.

Our team enjoys the busy, demanding role required as planning advisor on major development projects where PAN / PAC requirements are needed.

We have supported and led events as diverse as a residential scheme in Dundee (4 attended a PAC Event) through to a tourism development in Perthshire when over 200 registered their views. Use of social media, PR consultants and some busy Saturdays is all part of the service today!

Combined we have recorded over 2,500 attended any of our PAN/PAC events since 2021 (post pandemic)
