Development Plans / Promotion

We are currently advising landoiwners, developers and occupiers where oppotunities to re-zone or to identify new furure land developmenet in Local Development Plans (LDPs). This includes housing for medium and large scale future development; roadside and convenience food retailing; hotel and leisure, rural diversification and renewable energy projects.

2025: Currently advising on 30-40 sites for promotion to LDPs across Scotland in various forms.
