Education / Infrastructure

Masterplanning and area studies are long term plans. These produce phased development. Bringing together buildings, roads, drainage, green spaces and blue spaces, relies on a well planned infrastructure framework.

As part of the delivery of the University of Highlands and Islands, Beechwood Campus, Inverness, we assisted the team with securing planning permissions for key public transport infrastructure connecting the city with the Campus.

For Clackmannanshire Council we led the planning application to deliver a new Wellbeing Hub with ASN School at Alloa West.

We are supporting Hub East Central Scotland with major public buildings for education (Durieshill Primary School, Alloa ASN) and for health (KIncardine Medical Centre, Lochgelly Medical Centre) and NHS Fife.

For Dundee University we have worked with their Estates team to support asset management, new and renew of stock and area masterplanning in collaboration with architects.
